Sunrise Community Living offers group home habilitation and out-of-home services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). All services are offered by compassionate, empowering, and dedicated caregivers. At Sunrise Community Living, we believe in and empower our residents & clients, who we refer to as Risers. Our modern group homes were designed to be a focal point for the well being of our community. A wide variety of customizable services awaits, each developed and delivered by our skilled staff members to help make your life more comfortable and enjoyable. Sunrise Community Living serves the following groups: IDD waiver, ISW waiver, CCMC waiver, and APDD waiver.

We have three group homes at Sunrise Community Living. Each home is purposefully designed to create a safe, modern, and beautiful communal space for our Risers.

At each home, we offer:

• 5 bedrooms for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

• 1 full-time on-site direct service provider (DSP) per home.

• Fresh and modern furnished private bedrooms.

• Spacious and clean bathrooms.

• Ample backyard and activity space.

• Minimum of 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks provided per day.

• Healthy eating choice with fresh food — allergy friendly environment.

• Home security system for resident and DSP safety.

• Housekeeping and maintenance.

• Internet and streaming services.

• Other services available by request.
